Oh boy!  You are probably fairly comfy with stitching Edge to Edge designs… you’ve maybe even used Crop for a simple square or two … and now you are ready to CROP around Something Special… maybe a Vintage Doily, or some other Important Thing… If so, THIS is the class for YOU!

THE PLAN is a very helpful Tool when you Stitch out designs on Real Fabric… especially for CUSTOM quilting.  THE PLAN can be figured out ahead of time on your computer, or right at the machine, even after the quilt is loaded.

Hint: Start with a small quilt… (or dive into a huge one… I’m available for personalized help… see “TutorTime”)

Planning is different than Stitching. Fabric rarely stays exactly the way it was suppose to be… (ask me how I know! Yes, it happens to all of us.)

Soooo… when it’s time to STITCH your designs, THE PLAN helps you SEE “what should be where”… going in what direction…  and “remember what to do by the important thing”  (Crop around the Doily)… Uffdah… We don’t want to start stitching the E2E over the  Important Thing… THE PLAN helps us remember.
